How do I return
an item?
Returning an Item
- If for any reason you unhappy with your purchase please follow the steps below for a refund. Returns must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery, after 30 days please contact Bakers Sto 'N Go at 954-529-0691.
- Keep the invoice for your records, and return the packing slip.
- Please jot down the reason for the return on the packing slip.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure credit.
- Please include their order number, billing name, and address with the item(s), this should already be on the packing slip.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please allow 1 -2 business days to see the credit on your credit card. An email will be sent showing the credit.
- Ship your package to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Bakers Sto 'N Go cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
*If you have misplaced
your return form, we’ll accept an old fashioned,
hand written, return. Simply write on a blank piece
of paper your full name, e-mail address, order number,
the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning
and how you would like to be refunded. If you cannot
find your order or item number, please note give us
a call.
How do I exchange an item?
The easiest way to exchange an item is to place another
order at www.bakersstongo.com or 954.529.0691 for the
goods you really want and send the original goods back
as a return (see instructions for returns above). Once
we receive your return we will credit your credit card.
The credit should appear within 10-14 days after we
received your return.
Damaged goods or mis-shipments
At Bakers Sto ‘n Go, we are committed to delivering
high quality products to our customers. We employ several
quality checks before an item leaves our warehouse.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please
contact one of our Bakers Sto ‘n Go Reps. We will
be more than happy to assist you with a replacement,

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for
the cost of returning the merchandise. However, if we’ve
made a mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or
you received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately.
We will reimburse you for the cost of your original
shipping, and we will not charge you for the shipping
costs of replacement merchandise.
