Please note: Any carrier damages must be reported within 20 days of delivery to receive an exchanged item, along with a photo of the damage. This includes all holiday orders.
Our policy lasts 30 days. Please call me, or text, 954-859-5900 if you need further assistance.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please send me an email at support@bakersstongo.com You will be notified by email once your return has been accepted and refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the applicaple time frame. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bakersstongo.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you request a label for a return, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund, to cover return shipping fees.
If you are returning items over $100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you received free shipping and are requesting a label, 15% of your total invoice will be deducted for the shipping return fee. If you are not requesting a label, a 10% fee will be deducted for the "Free" outbound shipping.
